Figured it out, for some reason the game thought i was in a squad and wasnt a squad leader...but i wasnt in a squad at all :P Rebooted the game and it works

Was in the middle of a match (on a 5 kill killstreak i might add) and BLAM i get booted, cant seem to get into another match either. Must be fixing the "none of the new maps" thing.
